So therefore, you arm yourself with the best tools, the best products and you make it work. If you don’t make it work, you fail. Here, or with me, it’s not an option - period.
If we used NO-COAT® for the last three – we’re on the third building – and we haven’t let up on it, that has to say something for the product itself. We did the math – a million feet. That’s a lot of NO-COAT® corner bead. That speaks for itself.

On the first floor, we ended up using a regular micro bead and it would take us 3 ½ pallets of topping. And then they gave us one floor, and we were able to use the NO-COAT® bead and we got it down to 2 ½ pallets. So we saved a pallet of topping on using 14 cases of bead. It was really significant. By the time the floor was done, everybody was sold on NO-COAT®.”

If you don’t sell that, you’re done.
We will be going to the City Centers, and I guarantee you there will be NO-COAT® out there. Palazzo (Center), that’s all the bead they’re using, is NO-COAT®. Turnberry Tower east is 95% done. The whole tower went NO-COAT®. They’re going for another two towers in the casino, and that’s a lot of NO-COAT®.”
PAUL STEWART (Foreman): ”You’re used to always doing it by hand, and you think that’s the only way to do it. So when you try to use a box, you see how much faster and how much easier it is on your body and everything.”
HECTOR VALDEZ (Drywall Superintendent): “It bonds tight where you can push on the NO-COAT® and it won’t pop. You can really lay into it. I’ve got some big boys out there, and they can push on it. And like I said, what I can do with one by hand, I can knock out five, six of them with a box. That saves me time. Saves me time, saves me money.”
PAUL STEWART (Foreman): ”You gain a lot of speed and your production increases phenomenally. By being able to box it.”
