NO-COAT Structural Laminate Drywall Corner System

• When removing ULTRA ARCH™ from the box, hold product at the center so that it does not kink. When storing ULTRA ARCH™ corners, lay boxes flat on the floor. Leaning boxes against a wall will eventually cause the corners to warp.

• For more consistent coverage of ULTRA ARCH’s perforated flanges, cut a piece of NO-COAT® ULTRATRIM™ 3/4" Bullnose corner trim and use it as a trowel when applying the second coat of All-Purpose joint compound.

1. Using a 4-6” taping knife, apply a liberal amount of All-Purpose joint compound to the drywall archway.

2. Center ULTRA ARCH™ 3/4" Bullnose corner trim on the drywall archway and press into place. With same knife, set arch flanges by skimming drywall archway radius.

3. Using our ULTRATOOL™ WIDE OUTSIDE 90 & BULLNOSE Roller, squeeze out excess joint compound.

4. Using a 6” – 8” finishing knife, skim over the corner with All-Purpose joint compound once more. Let dry. Sand and paint.
